“There was a time when I was homeless. I went through Job Corps, but things didn’t change until I gave my life to Christ. One day, my dad sent me a pair of clippers and said, ‘Cut your own hair until you can afford the barbershop.’ That same week, someone asked if I could do a temp fade. I was walking by faith, not by sight, and said, ‘Yeah!’ Today, I’m one of the top barbers in the city—and I’m ready to take over.”
